I was in a coma this morning, totally jet lagged. Had a horrible headache. I was supposed to be meeting a car later to take me to my rental. If nobody shows, i'm gonna look like an idiot waiting in this lobby. Fortunately, Alley showed up and took me here.

It's a 2012 Ford focus, silver. Drives worse than my 2000 Ford Taurus. I hated that car. That car prompted my upgrade to my BMW. Now I need to buy a new car and I can't afford another beemer, so I will have to buy a cheaper car. I guarantee you it will not be a Ford anything!
Some things that I have noticed about ME. The people here do not particularly care for Starbucks. There are only 2 in the area. There are two camps here, Tim Hortons or Dunkin' Donuts. DD has a slight edge because Tim Hortons is Canadian. I will have to check out TH. There is one within walking distance of my motel.
AND
It is freezing out here 35F and these people are walking around in jackets, heavy sweaters. I feel foolish in my full length black wool coat..........but i'm warm!
First day on the job tomorrow. Is there really a job?
